Searching for an apartment in Japan while living abroad—or even while you are busy in Japan—can be difficult when listings only provide limited photos. At Maido Estate, we offer a complete Virtual Property Viewing Service (also called e-visit) through Zoom, WhatsApp, LINE, or any platform you prefer. This service helps you get a real feel for the property and make confident decisions, even from a distance.

Why Choose a Virtual Viewing?

Many of our clients are relocating from overseas or cannot visit every property in person. Photos often hide important details—lighting, noise, surroundings, smell, condition, layout, and the real size of the rooms. A virtual tour allows you to see everything live, ask questions, and receive honest feedback directly from a licensed agent.

What This Service Includes

1. Live Video Walkthrough (Zoom / WhatsApp / LINE)

  • Full walkthrough of the apartment (entrance, rooms, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, etc.)
  • View of the building entrance, common areas, garbage area, bicycle parking
  • Real-time Q&A during the visit

2. Video Recording + Photos

  • High-quality video recording of the visit sent after the call
  • Additional detailed photos (storage, view, surroundings, small details)

3. Honest Agent Opinion

You will receive my professional and honest feedback about the property: building quality, neighborhood atmosphere, pros & cons, estimated noise levels, access to shops and transportation, and whether I believe it’s a good match for your needs.

4. Transportation Fee Included

The fee covers my travel time and transportation to the property. For clients who only need this service—or who want me to check multiple properties—this is a fair way to secure the appointment and ensure full commitment.

How It Works

  1. Send me the link(s) of the property you want to visit

Price

I do not charge this fee every time — many of my clients simply use the regular real-estate service at no cost. However, for standalone virtual visits or multiple property checks, a small fee is applied to cover time and transportation.
